A Meet the Candidate’s Night is scheduled for Wednesday October 5th, at 7:00

The Rules of Order :

• All candidates have pre-registered.  There will be no nominations from the floor here or at the Annual Meeting.
• Each candidate will be given five (5) minutes to make an opening statement.
• The order of speaking was chosen prior to this meeting by random drawing.
• After the introductions and opening statements, questions from the membership will be accepted.  Answers from the candidates will be timed as follows:

A question addressed to a single candidate –

The candidate will have two (2) minutes to respond.

A question addressed to 2 or more candidates –

The candidates will have one (1) minute each to respond.

If more than one question is directed to the group, the moderator will alternate between candidates as to whom will answer first.

Timekeeper will signify when the allotted time is up.

Questions should be related to the Association.  Questions about religious or political affiliations will not be accepted.

“This event is neither a Trustee meeting nor a debate”.  Questions asked will receive answers.  If you do not like the answer given, please do not expect to debate the answer.  You can voice your opinion when you vote.  The moderator has the right to deem a question unacceptable.
