Thursday October 20^th at 7PM is the date of the informational meeting concerning the Lake Cable Shopping Center. Professional assessments of the building’s electrical, mechanical, plumbing, structural, and architectural status have been compiled. This information is available for review to members in good standing at the lake office, and we encourage that members preview it. As of September 30, an appraisal of the building and property values is being summarized and will be included with the engineering studies and presentation. As time progresses more options and proposals for the future use of the building and property will come forth. We hope that the meeting enlightens all in taking the next informed steps going forward.

No vote is to take place at this meeting, and the shopping center is not for sale.
